Interior provides complimentary domestic shipping for orders above $50. Expedited and next-day shipping are available at a surcharge. Please note that Interior is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are final and may not be changed after having been placed.
International shipping will be calculated based on standard shipping rates by our providers.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Interior accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise (with all garment tags still attached) purchased online from our Website. If available, any monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer and returns or exchanges for used products. Additional terms and conditions on each product page may apply.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of a returned item, but please contact us in the event of loss or damage by the postal service.
If you wish to return an item, you must make a request within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your order by emailing our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
Your request must include, at a minimum:
- your name and contact information,
- the order number,
- an explanation of the issue and reason for the return,
- clear pictures of any damage or defect, if applicable, and
- whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange of product.
Upon receipt of your request, we will conduct an internal review and if approved, in our sole discretion, you will be issued pre-paid shipping label. You must then deliver the item back to us (including the original order number for identification) at the address we specify to you within seven (7) days of receipt of the pre-paid shipping label.
Once we receive the returned product, any store credit or exchange of product is subject to our further inspection of the returned product to ensure it is in new, unworn, and/or unopened condition and otherwise in compliance with this policy. Returned items that we receive that do not comply with this policy may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
We allow exchanges for sizing of the same product, based on stock availability. We do not ship the new size out until we have received your returned product in hand, as well as payment for the cost of shipping the new size out.
If requested and approved, we will issue you an “Online Credit” in the amount of the returned item. Online Credit can only be used online at our Website and may not be redeemed for cash. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Online Credits. If no expiration date is otherwise provided, Online Credits will expire twelve (12) months from the date it is originally delivered to you. Upon expiration, Store Credits will no longer be available and will not be refunded.
Products from our website are “faulty” if they are received damaged or include a manufacturing defect or fault that occurs within seven (7) days of delivery of the item. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only exchange it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. If you believe that you received a faulty or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have made reasonable efforts to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer resolution will display the colors completely accurate and will not be responsible for any claim related to the color of a product you receive.
Items available for preorder will appear as such on individual product pages. You will be charged immediately upon purchasing preorder items. Estimated delivery windows for preorder items are listed beneath each respective product description. However, please note that the availability of any preorder item is subject to change.

THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT AND FEDERAL ARBITRATION LAW APPLY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

THE NOTICE MUST BE MAILED VIA CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED MAIL TO: 35 WILLOW PLACE, BROOKLYN, NY 11201, OR TO YOU AT YOUR LAST-USED BILLING ADDRESS OR THE BILLING AND/OR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN YOUR ONLINE PROFILE. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE THE CLAIM WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE NOTICE IS RECEIVED, EITHER PARTY MAY COMMENCE ARBITRATION.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and is available only for your personal, noncommercial use, which shall be limited to viewing the Website, purchasing products, providing information to the Website and downloading product information for your personal review. You are responsible for your own communications, including the transmission, posting and uploading of information, and are responsible for the consequences of such communications to the Website. Interior specifically prohibits any use of the Website, and requires all users to agree not to use the Website, for any of the following:
- Posting any information which is incomplete, false, inaccurate or not your own;

There is no cost or payment required to create a User Account.

In connection with any purchases through the Website, you may be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card or payment card information. Once your payment transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email. The exchange of funds through the Website (“Payment Processing”) is provided and facilitated by Shopify (“Shopify”) and is subject to the Shopify’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.shopify.com/payments (“Shopify Terms”). LIMITS ON PURCHASES
In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise. We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy.
